2020 Virtual Scottish Festival & Highland Games

Did you really think we would let a summer pass by without hosting the Highland Games? On Saturday, August 1st we are bringing the fun and traditions to you—wherever you are!
You can expect a little bit of everything that you love at our Games! So get your kilt on, pour yourself some whisky, and get ready to experience the first Virtual Event in our (almost) 175 year history!
If you’ve never been to a Highland Games before this is a great way to learn about Scottish Culture and get a taste of what our festival is all about. From pipe bands to Highland dancing to heavy athletics there will be something for everyone!
This year’s Games will be a one-of-a-kind experience and is free to all. We do hope you’ll consider one of our supporter tickets which benefit Chicago Scots and our principal charity Caledonia Senior Living and Memory Care. Read more about how we are keeping residents safe during COVID-19 here.

Purchase a ticket by July 15th at the $100 or $500 level and receive a special “Games in a Box” to enjoy while you watch the Games.
On August 1st we’ll also have our Virtual Marketplace open and you’ll be able to buy unique experiences and Highland Games swag in support of our mission.
