Turkey Melt

Ingredients

30 slices of white bread

½ pounds margarine

2 pounds American cheese slices

2 pounds sliced turkey

Instructions

Melt margarine on stove or in microwave.

Place one slice of American cheese on each piece of bread. Top every other piece with 2 oz. of turkey. Close to make a sandwich.

Butter each side of the bread that will be grilled with melted margarine, covering the slice corner to corner.

Grill each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Yield: 15 serving

Serving ideas: cut in half to form two triangles. Place uncut sides together on the plate for a nice presentation and add garnish (pickle, parsley, tomato slice)

Spread some thousand island dressing inside sandwich for extra flavor.
