Red Potato Wedges


7 ½ pounds red potatoes, whole, cut in wedge

½ cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon granulated garlic

1 teaspoon garden seasoning


Preheat oven to 350

Cut potatoes in 8 wedges with Wedge master or slice

When ready to cook, drain and steam for 30 minutes.

When tender, not soft, place in large bowl.

Mix melted butter with spices, pour over potatoes and toss to evenly coat

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown

Serving ideas: browned exterior make these delicious
